In January 2019, we open a new laboratory dedicated to the production of soil thin sections for micromorphological and geoarchaeological studies: Terrascope. We are currently setting up the lab to welcome all the equipments: fume cabinet Vodex, grinding machine Brot géologie, vacuum chambre Pfeiffer, drying cabinet and diamond wheel saw! Follow our progress on our dedicated website: http://terrascope-tss.com/2018/11/05/the-lab-is-shaping-up/

All micromorphologists and geoarchaeologists know how difficult it can be to get good quality thin sections in Europe and the World, furthermore in an acceptable delay. We hope to contribute to reduce the shortage of facilities able to produce high quality thin sections in a state-of-the-art manner. Do not hesitate to get in touch to discuss your projects!
